The St. Cecilia Choir provides an opportunity for young people to learn important musical skills, theological concepts, and most importantly to develop their faith. Choristers learn to work as part of a group, develop confidence and mentor fellow choristers in an atmosphere of friendship and fun. The Choir sings at the 10:30 a.m. service, providing an excellent opportunity for participation in worship. Rehearsals are on Thursdays from 4:00 pm to 5:15 pm, beginning with a snack provided by volunteer parents.  We use the curriculum of the Royal School of Church Music, a graded program committed to achieving the best use of good music in worship. The Junior Choir is open to those in 1st through 7th grade.
